Workshops / At SMOFcon 42

We will be running a workshop on Team & Volunteer management at SMOFcon, on Friday 5^th December at 14.00-16.00.

The workshop will be run by Vincent Docherty and will cover various aspects of team building and volunteer management for convention organisers, including virtual & international aspects, recruitment, development and managing performance, with a focus on specific areas identified by participants, hence the questions below.
